We purchased this building and an adjacent building, 277 Witherspoon, as a redevelopment opportunity in downtown Princeton, New Jersey. The project was a part of a larger master planned area with a national developer developing the adjacent property into a 280 plus unit apartment complex.  The interior of 281 Witherspoon was entirely demolished and rebuilt for Class A office space.  Tenants consist of a broad range from financial and venture funds, medical and fitness/yoga groups. The project is designed to provide a work setting within an urban environment supported by retail and apartments.
